Terms of Service — Clear AI Spend

The service

Clear AI Spend helps you understand and reduce the cost of your AI usage: a calculator, a CSV scan, connections to OpenAI and Anthropic usage reports, an ingest API and a dashboard. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.

Your account

Give accurate information, keep your password secret and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement for yourself or the organisation you represent.

Provider keys and your data

You decide what to connect or send. Only connect keys you are entitled to use, preferably read-only admin keys, and do not send prompts, responses or personal data of third parties. You keep all rights in your data; you grant us the right to process it solely to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a provider or delete your data at any time.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other customers' data, disrupt or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law or provider terms. We may suspend access that puts the service or other users at risk.

Plans, billing and cancellation

The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans (Pro and Growth) are monthly subscriptions at the prices shown on the pricing page, charged in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the subscription then ends at the close of the period already paid. Plan limits apply as listed on the pricing page. Contact us about any billing problem.

Estimates, not guarantees

Figures are labelled as billed, reported or estimated. Estimates use published list prices and the data you provide, and findings about possible savings are indications based on that data, not guarantees. Check any change on your own traffic before relying on it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive will do so.

Changes and contact
